Inorder to fullfil the growing demand of quartz material “MEREN” has more then 20 mines in the same lcoation where best quality quartz is produced, this process is achieving the best quality of silica sand that meets our clients demand sucessfully.
The Solutions
To guarantee precise control of sand cut points, Middle East Regional Development EnterprIse opted for a complete turnkey “MEREN” solution.The “MEREN plant” has the capacity to treat up to 200 tons per hour (tph) of sand, producing 100tph of silica glass sand for the glass industry, as well as a range of secondary products including fine silica sand for silica flour production, foundry sand, concrete sand and road base.
The installation feature is a combination of “MEREN” equipment operating in perfect synergy; a M4500 primary wash plant to classify materials, five high frequency Infinity Screens™, four attrition cells, spiral separators, Counter Flow Classification Unit (CFCU), a nano-cyclone, magnet, four EvoWash™ sand washing units and an AquaCycle™ water management solution. Combined, the system processes fine and coarse materials and eliminates contaminants to produce silica sand of high-specification.
